Galvanized Chain Link

Galvanized chain link fencing is the perfect solution for long-lasting security and protection. Its zinc-coated steel design resists rust and corrosion, making it ideal for residential yards, commercial properties, and high-traffic areas. This cost-effective option offers strength, reliability, and minimal maintenance—keeping your property secure without breaking the budget.

Barbed Wire and Razor Wire

  • Barbed Wire

    • Gauges

      • 9 gauge (thickest)

        • Diameter: ~3.76 mm

        • Breaking strength: ~1,200lbs per strand (barbed wire ~2,400lbs combined)

        • Extremely thick and heavy-duty, often used for corralling large livestock and high-impact areas.

      • 12.5 gauge (most common, medium thickness)

        • Diameter: ~2.5 mm

        • Breaking strength: ~1,500–1,600lbs per strand (barbed wire ~3,000lbs combined)

        • Despite being thinner than 9-gauge, its high carbon content makes it much stronger and less stretchy. Ideal for long runs and high-security fencing.

      • 14 gauge (thinnest)

        • 14-Gauge High Tensile Wire

          • Diameter: ~2.0 mm

          • Breaking strength: ~800 lbs per strand (barbed wire ~1,600 lbs combined)

          • Stronger than low-carbon 12.5 gauge but lighter than 9-gauge.

Wire Sizes

  • Common Applications

    • 11.5 gauge: Typical backyard fences, light duty, most affordable

    • 9 gauge: Commercial properties, schools, parks, tennis courts – best balance of cost and durability

    • 6 gauge: High-security (prisons, substations, airports), heavy animal enclosures, maximum impact resistance

Bottom Tension Wire

  • Razor Wire

    • Core Wire Diameter:
      Standard: 2.5 mm ± 0.10 mm

    • Blade Thickness:
Standard: 0.5 mm ± 0.05 mm (BTO series)
      Heavy-duty: 0.6 mm ± 0.05 mm (CBT series)

    • Tensile Strength:
1400–1600 MPa (high tensile steel core)

    • Material Options:
Galvanized steel or stainless steel (304, 316) for corrosion resistance

    • Coil Diameter Range:
      300 mm – 1500 mm

    • Stretch Length per Coil:
      4 m – 15 m depending on coil size and type

  • Strength & Security Level

    • BTO Series:
Medium security; lighter blades, easier handling.

    • CBT Series:
Heavy-duty; larger blades for maximum deterrence, used in military and high-security zones.
